User Data Deletion
You may request deletion of the personal data and connected social account data that 100 Suite stores about you.
How to request deletion
- Email info@100suite.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address associated with your 100 Suite account.
- If relevant, mention the Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts you connected.
Verification
To protect your account, we may need to verify your identity and ownership of the account before deleting any data.
Processing time
We process deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to any legal or regulatory requirements that oblige us to keep certain records (for example, invoices and tax records).
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram
Disconnecting Facebook or Instagram from 100 Suite, or removing 100 Suite from your Facebook settings, stops our future access to those accounts. It does not automatically delete data we stored previously. To remove that data, send a deletion request as described above.
