Media failed to transfer

Every exported page is copied into secure 100 Suite storage before the draft is created. If a copy fails, no draft is created, so you can simply try again.

• Retry the send — Canva export links are temporary and a fresh export usually succeeds.
• Send fewer pages at once (maximum 10) and keep videos under 200 MB.
• Use the MP4 format for animated pages and the image format for static pages.
• Check your connection and that the design has finished rendering in Canva.
• Confirm your 100 Suite plan is active and you still belong to the selected workspace.
