Box troubleshooting

  • “Needs admin approval”: ask your Box admin to enable 100 Suite in the Box Admin Console.
  • “You don't have access to this location”: the folder isn't shared with your Box account.
  • File too large or not supported: use JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF (15 MB) or MP4 (200 MB).
  • No preview: Box hasn't generated one yet. The file can still be imported.
  • Asked to connect again: your Box session expired or was revoked. Click Connect Box account.
